We're both! All Congregational churches are, by design, independent. We govern ourselves, conduct our own business, hire our own minister, enjoy our accomplishments, and occasionally share our own failures.
Having said that, we are active members in the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches (NACCC), and enjoy the benefits of sharing faith, resources, friendships, and many valuable projects with other Congregational churches in California and throughout the United States.
